ffxivtips : Report: Final Fantasy XV might be heading to Jump Festa 2016

During an interview with VGTime, director Hajime Tabata revealed that Final Fantasy XV will be appearing in a Japanese event “not too far from now” – likely talking about Jump Festa 2016. Alongside this, Tabata mentioned that he and the FFXV team may have a demo prepared to show during this time. We would like to note they mentioned before that they will be sharing more about this demo at the March event. He further adds that the demo will be “small in comparison to the previous demos” and hopes that more users will have a chance to experience it.

Recently at Tokyo Game Show 2015, Tabata announced that the next Active Time Report might happen around the end of 2015 or in early 2016, which now presents the possibility for it to take place next month in December and maybe even during Jump Festa 2016.

Additionally, the director was asked if the game will either have “free” or “paid” content for the game and he answered with the following: “We understand that there is demand for DLCs across all regions during the period of the game’s release. As such, we are still in the process of planning. It could be either paid or free. But the objective is to improve the player content.”

Square Enix has yet to officially reveal the dates for the next showing of Final Fantasy XV and the release of its new, previously promised demo.
